How do I clean and maintain the sauna and ice bath?
The sauna can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The ice bath can be drained, cleaned, and refilled with fresh water as needed. Both are low-maintenance and built for repeated use.
How do I use the sauna and ice bath together?
Start with heat in the sauna for 10–20 minutes to relax muscles and improve circulation.
Follow with cold immersion in the ice bath for 3–10 minutes to reduce inflammation and accelerate recovery.
Repeat for 1–3 cycles based on your comfort level.
Can I use outdoors?
The RejuvaSteam™ Sauna Pod and RejuvaRun™ Portable Ice Bath can be used both indoors and outdoors. Although weather-proof, we recommend packing each item up and bringing it inside when not in use.
